Snitsky Perhaps Returning To WWE

Former WWE superstar, Gene Snitsky, was backstage at a recent Smackdown taping and there are multiple rumors that Snitsky has been offered a chance to return to the WWE.  I was never a huge Snitsky fan but I can see why WWE would be needing some more big guys on the roster.  To his credit, he can definitely carry a storyline.

WWE Decides NOT To Re-Sign Trevor Murdoch

Despite him having multiple un-aired appearances, WWE has decided that they will not offer Murdoch a new contract.  It is considered that Murdoch has failed his tryout matches, plain and simple.  Murdoch, obviously, was infuriated by this and has decided to quit wrestling all together, asking his twitter followers "anyone know of any job offers?"

Randy Orton Airs Personal Business About Kelly Kelly's Life In Interview

In a recent interview, Randy Orton said some distasteful things about fellow superstar Kelly Kelly.  In an interview he claims that he could name ten other superstars that Kelly Kelly has slept with during her career.  Not cool Mr. Orton...

CM Punk Suspended Due To Rant On Raw

Due to the unscripted promo CM Punk delivered on the most recent Raw, WWE officials have suspended Punk from all television appearances for three weeks, which happens to be when his contract expires.  He will fulfill his house show obligations but will no longer be appearing on WWE television.  I'm not surprised this action was taken but I believe that Punk had a lot of truth to his promo.  He is probably one of the best in the locker room today and he has not been recognized in a way he deserves.  We will see where the Straight Edge Superstar does next...

CM Punk's Promo On Raw: A Thing Of Beauty

Despite the end results of what may have happened to him after Raw, CM Punk may have delivered possibly the best on air promo in the past few years in the history of the business.  CM Punk brought us back to the Attitude era with a sense of realism that has been missing from the WWE for a long time.  Regardless if it was scripted or not (which I don't think it was) Punk has been receiving tons of praise from both fans and peers alike.  It's a shame his mic was cut as I'm sure he had much more to say.

Dear Sting, WE KNOW YOU LIKE BATMAN!

If you guys have been watching TNA lately, Sting has been pretty much stealing line by line, bit by bit from The Joker from Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight.  His most recent appearance has just been ridiculous as it was a carbon copy of The Jokers makeup.

CM Punk To Leave WWE In July?

There have been many reports recently that CM Punk's contract with the WWE expires in July and he has yet to resign with the company.  As of last night's Raw, the WWE has started an angle where Punk publicly acknowledges that his contract does indeed expire in July and that he will win the title before he finishes and take the title with him.  Either Punk is indeed leaving or he has resigned with WWE and using these rumors to develop a new storyline with Punk.  Punk has always been one that connects well with the WWE universe in terms of online stories or social media.  This could be a great play on internet rumors.

Scott Hall Sentenced To Ten Days In Jail

Former WWE superstar, Scott Hall, was sentenced to ten days in jail from charges such as resisting arrest and drunk and disorderly conduct.  Hopefully this puts the fear of God in Scott Hall, but probably not judging from his past.

And thus the push continues...

Jinder Mahal: Worth The Hype?

So Jinder Mahal has been dominating the Smackdown roster as of late with the help of the Great Khali. While it is still too early to properly judge this brand new superstar, I am very happy with the work he has been presenting as of late.  He is an excellent worker for a rookie and I see him progressing as quickly as Alberto Del Rio was able to.  I still do not know why Khali was chosen as his manager.  I don't think it was a bad idea and that his association with the Punjabi Giant will help him, but I don't think it was necessary.  Khali needed to be remade into the evil powerhouse that he used to be and putting him with this rookie is not the way to do it, in my opinion.  After all, ever since he teamed up with Mahal, Khali has not had one single match.  Makes one wonder doesn't?  Regardless, Jinder Mahal has caught my attention and I can not wait to see what he has in store for the WWE Universe.

Corre Finally Disbands, What's Next For Former Members?

As many of you probably know, the poor man's Nexus (the Corre) has finally disbanded.  While this is something that I have been waiting for, for a long time, what does the future hold for the four former members of this half-assed stable?

We all know where Ezekiel Jackson is going.  Being the first to leave the Corre, the people behind the scenes at the WWE have been pushing the shit out of him.  He has been a big man on the WWE roster for a long time but has never made any significant impact in the world of the WWE.  While I believe in his talents I do not know if he has what it takes to be a top contender in the WWE.

-This is truly Wade Barrett's time to shine.  He has always been a top player in my opinion and now that he is on his own, this is the crucial time for him to make his mark in the singles bracket and work his way up to be a top competitor for the world title.  His future relies on his work ethic and wether or not WWE has a good push in store for him.

-Justin Gabriel And Heath Slater have officially been labeled a tag team.  I agree with this decision to keep them as a team as they are the only members of the Corre that are not ready to shine on their own.  It is good that they be kept as a tag team until they are ready to be able to hold a spotlight on their own.  I think that these two together will be a very formidable tag team and that this is the necessary angle they need to continue to grow as superstars.

Booker T Showing Tremendous Signs Of Improvement

Now I know I wasn't a fan of Booker T's announcing abilities when he first started his tenure behind the table, but I am glad to see that he has changed my mind about him belonging on the announce team.  Perhaps it was unfair for me to so quickly dismiss Booker's announcing ability so early in his tenure as announcer.  He was new, and as with most things people try for the first time, it took some getting used to.  It has been more than a few months now that Booker has been part of the Smackdown announce team and I for one, believe that Booker T has grown tremendously as an announcer.  Announcing is a very hard job and it is something that has to be learned, not taught, and I think that Booker is adapting rather smoothly.  I think eventually he will be welcomed along side The King or I dare say, Michael Cole.
